Dip Pre-treatment Plants

The articles are loaded in a basket / jig. The basket/jig is lifted & dipped in various tanks as per required chemical process. The lifting & dipping of basket can be done with the help of hoist ( manually ) or Transporter system ( Manually / Semi automatic / Automatic. )

Spray Pre-treatments

The conveyor carries the article inside the tunnel. The tunnel is provided with different zones as per required chemical process. The spray density & pressure is controlled with the help of pumps & valves.
